Shipping costs through UPS are based on Second Day delivery. Second Day Air is the lowest level available for shipping – for freshness' sake. We usually ship so that you have one day's grace in case of weather or other delivery issues. If your event is on a Saturday you will receive your order on Thursday. Next Day delivery is available but costs significantly higher.
Shipping cost varies on size, weight and shipping location - I live in Wyoming so I have seen $30 to Colorado to $250 for shipping to Scotland. The average in the US is around $60-$90. Once you place your order, I will send you a Purchase Order with the exact shipping cost.
If you have a business account with UPS or FedEx, often that can lower shipping cost. You are responsible for providing me the shipping label. I can get you box dimensions and weight.
If you order additional birds for decorating, crafts or gifts they can ship US Post at anytime as they are non-edible and less perishable.
The single Mini Korovaichyk for Special Occasions ships US Post's ExpressPost otherwise the mini Korovaichyky will ship with your korovai.
Each korovai if packed with packing peanuts. I also include Care and Display instructions, some korovai history for the Master of Ceremonies, a short Korovai description for guests and some business cards as most of my business comes from word of mouth - Baba Babi Skazala! If you have ordered an arch it comes unattached so that you can wedge into the korovai yourself.
Once I ship your korovai, I email you the UPS tracking number and a digital version of the documents included with the korovai.
Full payment is due one week before Baking date.
Orders made within 1 week of baking date are considered rush orders and a $20 rush fee will apply.
